- 1/4 baby watermelon
- 2 mangos
- 4 kiwis

We’ve all done strawberry banana. It’s a fine staple, but it gets boring. For this recipe, chop 1/4 of a baby watermelon, 4 kiwis, and 2 mangos into pieces. The watermelon has a lot of water in it, so you don’t need to add much else. However, we certainly need a protein source and some filling. Add about 1/2 cup of your favorite nondairy milk. I think the Vanilla soy or coconut taste best in this recipe and keep with the tropical flare. You also want to add 1/2 cup of Vanilla Greek Yogurt. This makes these smoothies have over 10 grams of protein!

If you have dairy issues, use lactose free cottage cheese instead of Greek Yogurt. It is really important to add this ingredient because it’s supplying most of the protein in the shake at very low caloric cost and thickening the smoothie.
